Role: Personal Assistant

We are looking for 18+, young and very in tune individuals who live in Johannesburg with a background in business and administrative work.

Responsibilities

Managing calendars, tech savvy, ability to make travel and meeting arrangements: preparing reports post event and client relations. You are required to have strong Microsoft Office and basic accounting skills, high level of proficiency in English, social media savvy, flexibility in working hours, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff and external clients. Sensitivity to confidential matters.

Duties
  • Act as the first point of contact for the talent
  • Managing the day to day operations of the talent
  • Organising, supervising and executing logistics along with errands, phone calls, messages & outing correspondences.
Personality
  • Calm under pressure and able to think on his/her feet
  • Lifestyle orientated
  • There’s no such thing as being “off the clock”
